The Fitness Centre is well equipped with commercial grade Cardio, Strength and Agility Equipment, including: treadmill elliptical strider stair climber recumbent and stationary bike rowing machine dumbbells, olympic free weights and kettlebells strength machines smith machine Drop-ins are welcome with a member at $10 per visit.
