Water Rates
Monthly Charges:
- Flat Rate Charge for all active water accounts of $30.00 per month
- Consumption of water (metered or estimated use) at $3.00 per cubic meter
- Regional Water Commission Surcharge at $7.00 per month
(All Residential, Commercial, Industrial & Institutional property owners must pay this fee) - Water System Capital Reserve at $12.00 per month

Bulk Water Sales
- Bulk Water Sales – $6.00 per cubic meter

- Penalties: 2% interest shall be charged on the outstanding balance on the account each month, on a cumulative basis.
- Voluntary connection and/or disconnection: $60.00 to disconnect and $60.00 to reconnect water services
- Reconnection fees due to non-payment: $60.00 payable prior to reconnection plus payment of outstanding account charges
Sewer Rates
Monthly Charges:
- Residential Dwellings, Manufactured Homes, Churches at $14.50 per Month
(All Residential, Commercial, Industrial & Institutional property owners must pay this fee) - All other commercial, Industrial, Institutional locations cost a minimum of $21.00 or 28% of their water consumption, whichever is greater per month.
(All Residential, Commercial, Industrial & Institutional property owners must pay this fee) - Sewage Lagoon & System Construction Reserve at $6.00 per Month
